#441 - Energy Update for May 3 - 10: Pluto Retrograde

After months of nonstop forward momentum, this week brings a bit of relief ✨ With Pluto stationing retrograde on May 6, the energy softens just enough for us to pause, breathe, and get intentional about what’s next. It is the only retrograde until late June, giving us a small but meaningful window to reset.

Pluto retrograde happens every year, but the most intense part is right now when it stations and appears to stand still. Known as the Lord of the Underworld, Pluto governs transformation, power, and rebirth. As it turns inward, so do we. From now through October, the focus shifts from external change to deep internal transformation 🔮

This is about rebuilding from the inside out. We are recalibrating, allowing who we are internally to catch up with everything that has already shifted in our outer world. It is also a nudge to finally take action on the things we have been avoiding, whether big life changes or the small practical tasks we keep putting off.

Because Pluto is early in Aquarius, we are at the very beginning of a much larger 20 year cycle. These early degrees are unfamiliar territory, exciting, uncertain, and full of potential. We are laying the foundation for the future without fully knowing what it will look like yet, both personally and collectively 🌱

Over the next two weeks, give yourself permission to move a little slower, but stay honest with yourself. You do not need all the answers, you just need to start. This is a powerful in between space where clarity builds over time. Trust that you are not behind, you are in the middle of a meaningful transformation 💫
